⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I bought a car from this garage and, unfortunately, the engine broke down within three weeks of the purchase. After inspection, Peugeot confirmed the problem and stated that it wasn't present before the sale. Despite this stressful situation, I want to emphasize the exceptional support I received from Mr. Erwan. He was always available, attentive, and patient, even when faced with my frustration over the breakdown. I was supported from beginning to end with great professionalism and compassion. Seeing how difficult it was for me to get around without a car, Erwan even kindly lent me a vehicle, which was a huge help and a great relief. A big thank you for this professionalism, kindness, and level of customer service, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. I recommend this garage without hesitation.

Hello, Having recently purchased a Mazda MX5 from Exclusive Automobile, I'm taking the liberty of leaving this review to share my experience with you. When I arrived, I freely admit I was a little skeptical about the exterior of the showroom (or not, in this case). Nevertheless, upon entering, the welcome was warm, both from Jean-Claude and his colleagues and from the beautiful cars on display. The vehicle I came to view was delivered to me at the agreed-upon appointment time, and I was able to test drive it both stationary and on the road. It was as advertised, with a full service history. It had its flaws, but given the price and what was stated in the ad, this was to be expected. Regarding payment, I wasn't the most accommodating customer they've ever had, with constantly extended payment deadlines due to various causes. That being said, I never lost contact with Jean Claude, who took care of me and showed exemplary patience. I highly recommend this garage to people who love beautiful cars and serious work. Absolutely avoid this place. This garage presents itself as specializing in "high-end" vehicles in "immaculate condition," but the reality is quite different. The car I bought had numerous problems from the very first days: warning lights coming on, technical issues, hidden defects… A very disappointing experience, with a feeling of being ripped off in disguise, which will cost you dearly later on. I strongly advise against going there.

Terrible garage, completely unprofessional. The mileage wasn't the same as advertised! They told me so, but given how far I'd come from, I wasn't going to turn around for an extra 2,000 km. The worst part is that it took them three and a half months to give me my registration certificate. They were very nice right up until the day of the sale, then afterwards, they'd call back, say they weren't there, etc. I had to file a complaint to get them to finally get their act together and give me my registration certificate. Especially since I wasn't even from the area, but over 800 km away! In short, a very, very bad experience.
