I'm not going to get into a verbal sparring match with you; it won't help, given your bad faith. Just tell yourself that I don't enjoy leaving this kind of feedback, and if the customer is truly unhappy, it's perhaps because there were some hiccups on your end, right?! You have to be able to question yourself.
And finally, where were you the week of May 1st if you weren't on vacation? Because I came to your garage in person every morning and every evening to pick up the car. I also called you a good 10 times, with no answer... Something to think about...

Garage with friendly, helpful, and professional staff.
Come in for a breakdown and a complete overhaul; they don't try to rip you off with unnecessary services like some others.
