Very helpful people. Severe vibration from rear of car. Turned out to be a tyre that had become oval.? Perhaps the extreme heat 40degrees shade temperature? They had a the correct size tyre in stock, fitted it and vibration gone... Thank you guys. Thank you Translator!

We took our car in this morning for a full diagnostic check. We received no call informing us that the car was ready, nor any indication of when we could pick it up. Furthermore, when we went to collect the car, they handed us the keys at reception and let us go, without any invoice or any information about the diagnostic results. We could have left and paid €45 for a service we didn't need. We had to ask for the results, only to be given the information hastily. Information hastily jotted down on a notepad. No estimate was offered for any potential repairs to the car, nor any explanation of the reasons behind them. We might as well have gone to another garage.

Although there was an initial misdiagnosis, the mechanic pointed it out during the appointment and didn't perform the originally planned repair because it was unnecessary. However, a flat tire was repaired immediately.
