Edit: Unfortunately, the mechanic misdiagnosed my car's problem and ordered and paid for the wrong part... No refund... They're not offering the correct part either... just a discount... Disappointing...

Finally, a garage with a human touch! I arrived without an appointment, or almost :). I was seen within 5 minutes, the problem was solved, and they even explained it to me. All that for... just a thank you. It's truly refreshing to see this after several visits to dealerships where they just see you as a walking wallet. Well done!

The garage doesn't exist. We've called 15 times a day, the dealership's switchboard answers, but it's impossible to reach the service department to schedule an appointment.
After receiving a registered letter from Citroën regarding a recall for my vehicle, I've been trying to get an appointment for over a month now, without success.

It's been 4 months since my car was repaired and I still haven't gotten it back. I'm going to file a complaint eventually.
