We stopped for few days in emergency as the motor was not functioning properly and keep stops every few meters . The road assistance’s helped us to drop the car there and when the saw the situation they gave us as a family on the road they gave us the priority for diagnose and ordered the spare part and fix it in a day which we were very happy about due to the lack of the French speakers for our Dutch road assistances and help .

Disastrous...
I came to pick up my vehicle on January 9th, after a 15-day wait by appointment.
The used car manager was absent.
The salesperson wasn't aware of the situation.
The vehicle wasn't ready.
I was made to wait an hour and a half while they finished preparing it.
They didn't even offer me a coffee, but I was free to go for a walk at Intermarché or Leclerc in the bad weather.
I came back later.
They weren't aware there was a trade-in.
There was no manager or director in the dealership.
And as a thank you for my understanding, I got three pens, two keychains, and a scraper 🤣
They charged me for a box of light bulbs that weren't in the vehicle and the original floor mats on top of that!!!
I'm still waiting for Mr. Delpierre to call me back.
But apparently, customer service isn't his priority...
Extremely disappointed. A dealership to avoid.

I wasn't received very pleasantly.
When I mentioned my budget, they immediately said there was nothing. I had to ask them to double-check anyway...
The people who helped me clearly didn't want to bother with me, and their behavior made that perfectly clear!
I told them I'd come back, and now they're still waiting!
