One of the least helpful garages I've ever encountered. The lady at reception is very nice, but she doesn't follow up on files, and when you call for news, she tells you nonsense. The boss is a big gruff guy who raises his voice at the slightest remark and yells at the customer... In short, a crack team. This time I got screwed, but they'll never see the color of my cars again.

I'm no longer part of the Citroën network.
Until now, I was quite satisfied with the garage; the receptionist was always very friendly and helpful. However, my enthusiasm waned in August when I brought the car in for a pre-inspection and a vehicle inspection.
The garage called me back when the car was there and told me that the windshield wipers and license plates needed replacing, and that the engine control unit was faulty and needed replacing.
I agreed to the wiper replacement and explained that for the license plates, it was enough to just remove the stickers. I put the engine control unit issue on hold.
In total, I ended up with a diagnostic bill of almost €400 without even being able to pass the vehicle inspection! And with the fact that I still have to shell out €800 in the back of my mind
After checking with another garage, it turned out they simply needed to clean the fuse connections in the engine control unit, which were indeed corroded. So I had to pay another €150 to save €800! And then I realized that even though I hadn't approved the inspection, the garage had replaced one of my front license plates. So now I have one plate from the 74 region and one from another department, and I ended up having to change the second plate even though it wasn't necessary!
In the end, I had to get the vehicle inspection done myself, a month late! And on top of that, I realized that the garage was much more expensive than other garages... Something to think about for next time. I'm not giving up!
