I went there in August 2024 and waited a year to get my car repaired because they kept telling me the part wasn't available in France, etc. In the end, I changed garages and the repair took barely two weeks. Avoid this place! When they show you're not making any progress, don't make the same mistake of waiting. Plus, they lend out vehicles that aren't very safe (I have photos as proof).

I requested a quote for a service on July 8th, and it's now August 13th, and still nothing.
I still called four times to follow up, and I came once in the meantime.
They told me yes, yes, I'll take care of it, and then nothing.
Taking so long to get a quote seems unacceptable to me. I just feel like I'm not being respected.
So it's a shame because I already had a vehicle serviced by you, but now it's stopped.
You'll lose the maintenance for both vehicles, and I hope my review will make others think twice before coming to you.

Having recently purchased a C6, I asked for a quote for a major oil change in mid-July 2025. It was impossible to get a rough estimate on site. Response by email. I called 4 times. They told me they'll call you back. Which never happens. My oil change, which was 800 km past the mark, was done elsewhere. They don't want new customers and don't respect them. They sound like dentists, lol. They won't see me again.

J'ai acheté ma voiture dans cette concession depuis 6 ans ...!..le personnel est très professionnel et sympa..!..le travail est soigné. Je fais presque 300 km pour y faire ma révision car j'ai une extrême confiance ( merci au chef d'atelier)...! Très arrangeant..!..le petit café de bienvenue m'est toujours proposé...!..le suivi de ma voiture est rigoureux..!..merci à vous..!..

I just bought a used C4 there and I'm completely satisfied with the service. The welcome was warm, the explanations were perfect, and the vehicle was carefully prepared. The team is very helpful. This is a far cry from the garages that look down on buyers with a budget under €15,000.
