If I could have given zero stars, that would have been it. Absolutely impossible to reach them by phone. Over a hundred calls in 48 hours with no answer (across all departments). I had to walk there myself (my car was stuck at their place) to get any information… the diagnostic scan was done on Monday, and I was supposed to be contacted immediately afterward to at least get an idea of the results. Obviously, that didn't happen. So I walked there (8 km with two young children) to get an answer and find out why they weren't answering my phone. They told me they hadn't had time, that the diagnostic would take longer than expected, and that they were currently overloaded with work. Even though they gave me an appointment to drop off the car on a specific day at a specific time… someone said: why don't we just give him the direct line (without going through the switchboard)? The other person replied: oh no, that's not done. The first person responded sarcastically: oh well, that's a new one, isn't it? The staff seemed completely lost, mixing up the files, not knowing what to answer, and even after the diagnostic scan, they didn't know what to do next, they couldn't give me any more information… This garage is a disaster! I left having paid €120 for a scan that was absolutely useless, and above all, a huge waste of time and energy! It's shameful! And it's not the first bad experience, but this is just too much.

I was quite surprised by this dealership. I tried calling five times, spending a total of 20 minutes on hold without getting through… Besides, they don't need customers to run a business, and that's a good thing! I wasn't familiar with this business model.
