While going on vacation we got a stone chip, I called Renault and got a time booked for the day after we returned home. When I arrived at the garage, a quick inspection resulted in booking a follow up visit to replace the windshield at a time that suited me.
On the day of the replacement I only had to pay the 80 euro of self risk for my insurance and the rest of the billing was handled by the garage directly to my insurance company, very convenient.
The staff were friendly and professional as always.

We have just taken possession of a Megane 4 petrol EDC with 9800 km on the clock from the RRG Pessac. The sales man, Edmond, was excellent and has fully, in our opinion, lived up to the reputation of Mr Robert, now retired and with whom we purchased second- hand cars for 16 years ( lost count of the number of vehicules but at least 12)....Edmond is communicative, bright and listens to all the questions from us two oldies with perfect replies.
The reception of the car went without a hitch ( sans problemes) with Anais with whom we can share our felicitations for her welcome, smile and technical ability.
One further comment concerning the car...it is our third Megane and this version dating 2022 is certainly a good technical advance on earlier versions...silence, amortissement much better and media configuration much easier...
Let us hope we will continue to be happy with our purchase!
