I entrusted my car to Ford Petite Forêt for bodywork/window damage.
The car was repaired in two and a half days instead of five, and the work is perfect. I had three key scratches all along the car, a scratched window and window frame, so the entire paint job had to be redone and the window replaced. You can't see a thing anymore; the car looks brand new!
The bodywork team did a fantastic job! Thanks also to Nathalie for her efficiency and good humor.
The only slight drawback: the reception at the workshop, while very friendly, is very slow (I waited at least 15 minutes each time before being seen, even though there were three or four of them at the same computer chatting...).
