This is a far cry from the brand's large dealerships. The welcome is friendly, and the staff listens to your requests and does their best to respond as quickly as possible. The cleanliness of the premises is exemplary for many garages. Contrary to other reviews mentioned, customer service is very well provided and timely. The rates are in line with market rates, or even lower for minor repairs. In short, a small team of professionals who are always available and highly recommended.

My tire went flat, and I drove as best I could to the garage across from my work. I asked for help changing it (a spare or a new tire, paying of course, it didn't matter... I was stuck). They told me it wasn't possible, that they were out of tire sealant. I explained that it wasn't necessary (my tire was in shreds), and they said it wasn't possible right now. I explained that it wasn't a problem, I work across the street, I have all day... I was stuck... They told me no: "come back tomorrow..." and left me like that... okay... I'm devastated... every day from my window I can see "Renault MINUTE"...

This is a far cry from the image the brand wants to project. I went in on Friday, 15 minutes before closing time (I was working), to get a radio code (it took 5 minutes to search the system). The receptionist told me, very rudely, that they had just turned the system off. "Come back on Monday," they said. Fine. On Monday morning, rather than going back directly, I decided to call to make sure they could do it—you never know, apparently. "The system isn't working." Oh, what bad luck. So, how are you doing your jobs now?

Very welcoming and competent person. Very quick vehicle handling, does what is necessary without adding unnecessary interventions. Perfect work, the car runs. Highly recommended.

After waiting 3 months for a suspension cup washer and without receiving a message (yes, the mechanic told me he wasn't going to call to say it wasn't coming...) despite several reminders... Anyway, I went ahead and called them today for a clutch cable... Well, it was €30-40, but I wasn't sure about the price (€15 at Oscaro), and I asked if 30 minutes was enough for them to change it: "Oh, well, even 5 minutes, or even nothing if it just happens..." => That's when he started to take me for an idiot... and I brought up the damn washer again, which never arrived, just like the information! In the end, the mechanic kindly told me he was going to hang up... It's an art to be a salesman.
