I moved to Kourtzerode in April (I come from Maizieres les Metz) I had my service done in this garage .... first at reception a charming lady very friendly then on the day of the service loan of car without anything in condition thank you for your trust !!!! then the invoice !!!! haaaa sum requested rather very correct (don't take advantage of it to charge more next time lol) .... then recovery of the vehicle with discussions and good advice from the boss ... and my car runs perfectly .... so very positive opinion I highly recommend this garage thank you.

As a salesperson with an urgent need for my vehicle, I experienced a breakdown requiring immediate repair earlier this week. Peugeot Metz: no appointments available before July 16th. Peugeot Sarrebourg: two out of three mechanics on sick leave, resulting in a three-week delay for repairs. Peugeot Phalsbourg: a charming welcome, a completely rearranged schedule to help me… and a highly competent mechanic who managed to resolve a computer fault in the gearbox, which, to this day, isn't even known to the manufacturer.
A garage just the way we like them… with a warm welcome, consideration, a human touch, and above all, competence. Well done to the whole team.

There you are, on the French motorway, with a broken clutch. 😵💫😪 Luckily, we have roadside assistance insurance. 😁 A friendly gentleman from this garage towed us, car and caravan. We were allowed to wait with him for news from our insurance. 👍 Thank you so much for your help and patience.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID. We broke down on the motorway and were towed to this garage. It was a public holiday, so we waited until the next morning to be told the car's engine was ruined and that we would have to pay €8,000 for repairs. The woman on the phone put pressure on us, saying that if we didn't come and collect the car urgently, she would charge us €15 per day for storage (the tow truck driver eventually told us that wasn't necessary, as there were 5 free days). Then the woman (who was, by the way, VERY UNPLEASANT) asked us to sign a transfer of ownership document instead of a vehicle destruction document. Doubting the diagnosis, we had the car towed to another garage, which ultimately charged us €64, and the car was running again. So, there was clearly an attempted scam; avoid this garage if you want to leave with your car.
