I went to Garage Guttarl on the recommendation of a friend because of a problem with my silent blocks that were knocking when starting. I was told they needed replacing.
Mr. Guttarl took down the registration so I could have them on the day of the appointment;
He put the car on the lift and told me they were just loose.
I should point out that I'm an octogenarian, and he could have taken advantage of my gullibility.
I would like to thank Mr. Guttarl for his honesty and his employees, who were so kind that we rarely encounter these days.

Very disappointed...
I took my C3 in because of a problem with the orange warning light. The secretary sent me a quote by email. 5 minutes later, I called back to confirm my quote, and she gave me an appointment. I called her back to ask about my appointment, and she told me that my appointment wasn't for the change via the quote I received for 1,082 euros. She told me that my appointment was for something else... She makes me look like a liar... She talks down to me. She even said that I should have told her it was for the quote she sent me 5 minutes earlier. Very inappropriate about her work... Madam secretary, if too many people are handling it, you need to take on fewer clients... and above all, review your manner of speaking.

If I could give more stars, I would. They are incredibly honest, professional, and welcoming. I was taken care of quickly, and they even diagnosed a problem I hadn't noticed. I was able to use my warranty and received excellent advice. They are truly humane, which is so rare! Thank you.
