I dropped off my VW Touran with 270,000 km for an EGR valve diagnostic and a starting problem. Three technicians, one of whom is the owner, were all very helpful. The fault was diagnosed quickly. They were truly competent and dedicated to doing a good job. Thank you to this friendly garage.

I came in for a turbo replacement and the mechanic said, "Oh no, I'm not doing it because I don't want to bother with it."
NOT RIGHT!!! Maybe I should consider changing jobs if he doesn't want to bother.
