Had car trouble on my way.
My insurance called this company.
Within 45 min he was at our location and picked up the car.
Since it was sunday everything was closed.
He called us a cab and booked a hotel for me and my girlfriend.
We didn't speak the same language but with google translate it all worked out fine.

Very efficient troubleshooting, but then things got complicated.
10 days without checking on my car, and finally being told that the repair couldn't be done at the garage.
Between the cost of renting a car while waiting for transport and the repair, this operation cost me a lot of money.

The tow truck arrived very quickly to pick us up on the A71 motorway. We were two adults with three children and a dog. The family-run agency was very welcoming and helpful; they tried to find a solution so we could get to our holiday destination.
