Payed 1000€ plus for them to fit a new clutch in my van. It lasted less than 800km before it failed and had to use a professional mechanic to fix it. Ploquin made a very bad repair and my mechanic was shocked to see their bad workmanship.

Great breakdown service on the highway in the middle of the night, but without our permission, they dismantled the vehicle and presented us with an invoice. This is unacceptable and unauthorized, because I work in the industry and know the procedures. It's not honest.

Super fast roadside assistance for my Renault Laguna, which broke down on May 1st, 2025. They diagnosed a faulty alternator pulley and a broken accessory belt. I also asked them to replace my tow hitch, all within an impossible timeframe! The car was ready on time! Honestly, excellent service and more than fair prices ;) ! As we say in Basque, milesker anis (thank you very much).

Absolutely avoid this place if you want to get your car back in good condition and "quickly." My car broke down on the motorway and was taken to Ploquin Garage. This garage performed a diagnostic and carried out €1000 worth of repairs for a supposedly faulty injection pump without informing me or providing a quote, and with an enormous delay of two months (which is very suspicious to begin with). Once I got the car back, after driving it for 20 minutes, it broke down again and was returned to the garage, and that's where the real trouble began. This mechanic replaced a part that didn't need replacing at all and performed a disastrous diagnosis; the problem was with the diesel pump. The car sat at his garage for 10 months, parked outside! Even after numerous calls every week, he still found ways to excuse his incompetence! I was practically forced to take him to court to get him to do anything. It's a long story, so I'll tell you right now, avoid this garage if you don't want a very, very bad experience. The owner is extremely rude and has absolutely no professional ethics. I wonder how this garage can still be in business with this kind of behavior and poor workmanship. I even advise you to have your vehicle towed or move it yourself to another garage if you end up at this one, so you can invest in quality work and professionalism.
