The receptionist is very unpleasant and aggressive towards customers; I do not recommend this place at all. One star is too many.

Courtesy on the phone seems to me to be one of the necessary qualities for a salesperson. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very unpleasant. It's not our fault that the company she's worked for for 17 years, as she was keen to remind us, has sold tens of thousands of defective vehicles. If she's not happy about receiving yet another call about vehicle safety, she can go complain to her company, which has already caused the deaths of 15 people in France.

Like the previous reviewer, I do not recommend this garage. They are incapable of offering any kind of compensation or even speaking politely to customers. We couldn't leave for our vacation with the car we had dropped off three days prior; they knew we were going away. We were the ones who called on Friday evening at 4 pm to find out what had happened to our car... of course, no solution and... an extra charge, OF COURSE, AS EVERY TIME!!! For us, that's IT, we're DONE, very, very disappointed...!!!!

I had a very bad experience at this garage today, after being a customer for years. In particular, I had a completely unreasonable exchange with the manager, who refused to offer any compensation after my unfortunate experience. Essentially, it was a matter of principle between two people who clearly don't share the same understanding of customer service. Then, I received a call from the manager threatening to sue me for defamation because of my review, which, however, accurately reflected my experience. I have therefore modified my review to be more factual. But in my opinion, this demonstrates yet again this garage's strange interpretation of customer satisfaction. In light of this experience, I do not recommend this garage.
