A huge thank you to Virginie for her quick response... she called at 4:30 pm to have a screw removed from my tire. It was fixed by 5:30 pm.
I've had all my car serviced there for over 20 years; the team is fantastic.

The garage was clean, which was a plus. However, the service left much to be desired: the owner and his partner seemed rather unfriendly, even unmotivated. This gave an unpleasant impression and didn't inspire confidence. It's a shame, as it could discourage new customers and lead them to go elsewhere, despite the otherwise decent setting.
Regarding the garage's response: I can confirm that I did indeed visit yesterday with my partner :) and the woman at reception told me that her partner was the owner. So I'm not referring to today's phone call. Thank you!

TAKATA airbag problem.
They don't take appointments for more than six months. The vehicles are dangerous, several deaths have already occurred. And they only do repairs that make them money.
Avoid this garage!!!

A Citroën dealership (the owner) who spends his time criticizing the brand that sustains him 💪👋, who is only interested in performing vehicle updates without ever investigating the root cause of the problems 🤔🤔, a cold welcome depending on the owner's mood (who is constantly stressed) – truly a dealership to avoid.
It's a shame because the rest of the team is very friendly; good luck to them having to deal with such a guy.
I followed his advice to go to Citroën Trappe, which he said is more competent, a point I can confirm.
