I strongly advise against this garage, changing the battery on my vehicle and that of my partner, just with a small ticket from a machine that of course is set up in their own way..... They offer us original parts to install adaptable parts and invoices full of prices. Finished.

Hello,
Following an accident involving my vehicle, I chose the Cotterchio garage because it's approved by my insurance company for repairs.
Big mistake: shoddy workmanship and damage to the interior of my vehicle (deliberate scratching of the interior and removal of the gearshift and dome light) when they were supposed to be working on the exterior bodywork.
Not to mention the nonchalance of the staff and the manager, who practically calls you a liar, even though his workers are unprofessional.
Of course, I'm not letting it go; my insurance company is aware, as is the assessor.
I do not recommend them at all!!!
Avoid them!

An emergency appointment was arranged following a battery failure, despite the summer months and a busy garage schedule. The welcome is always very warm, and the entire team, whether at reception, in charge of warranty claims, or in the workshop, was truly available, willing, and professional in finding a quick solution to this problem. Manufacturer recall checks and various updates were carried out on the vehicle to ensure the new battery didn't suffer the same fate as the previous one.
I highly recommend this establishment.
