A very bad experience with this garage.
A clutch replacement on my Peugeot 2008 was billed at just under €2,000, without any prior estimate or even a clear explanation before the work was carried out. When I contacted the dealership by phone about the complete lack of an estimate, the only response I received was that we weren't "in Paris," which is both inappropriate and unacceptable.
The loaner vehicle provided itself broke down very quickly, which unfortunately illustrates the seriousness with which the entire service seems to be provided.
In my opinion, this way of operating is scandalous and completely contrary to the business practices expected of an automotive professional. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using this garage.

I called them about an engine warning light issue on my Citroën. I live in the village below, and I received extremely poor service. The manager on the phone was very unpleasant, made it clear I wasn't welcome, and told me outright that he wouldn't take my car because he had better things to do. My advice: avoid them. They don't even take locals, even though I own a Citroën.
Following your response: During my second call, I told you it was okay to wait 15 days. You refused to take my car and were extremely unpleasant; I've never experienced anything like it.
