A loyal customer for nearly 10 years, I recently entrusted this garage with the replacement of the water pump on one of my vehicles. Unfortunately, the newly installed belt broke shortly afterward, causing the engine to overheat.
I immediately contacted the garage manager, who advised me to file a claim with my insurance company for vehicle towing. Since my car was too far away, my insurance company preferred to direct me to the nearest dealership.
When I returned to the garage to explain the situation, the manager denied any responsibility for the breakdown, even though the problem seemed directly related to the part they replaced. I wasn't asking them to cover the labor costs incurred elsewhere, but at the very least, I wanted a refund for the defective part, which cost only a few tens of euros.
I did receive a small (non-)compensatory gesture, but not the one I had hoped for, nor did it seem commensurate with my loyalty or the circumstances.

Following a flat tire on our camper van, we were taken care of by the manager who was very efficient and very kind. We had to order the tires and the next morning the change was carried out in the first hour. Bravo to this professional, I highly recommend this garage for its reliability.

An unpleasant boss who looks down on me, gives me a quote for rear brake pads, for €242, and I end up with a bill for €600. I say there's a problem, he tells me it's the prices and that he can't reissue the invoice because, I quote: "it's registered in the software, so I can't reissue the invoice," and he tells me "next time you'll have to let me know."
But there won't be a next time, never! 😅
What's more, a new pack of cigarettes and a half-pack were stolen from me!
Thieves, liars, hypocrites! Run away!
