We are so thankful for these people! A cable on our caravan broke during our trip from Germany to France. They immediately helped us and fixed everything, even though we didn’t have an appointment. Thank you so much for your quick and professional help!

My review only concerns the Mondial Relay service. Unfortunately, I'm not surprised by the comments I've read about this pickup point. I ordered a package that was supposed to arrive at a Mondial Relay point near my home. Since that point was unavailable when the delivery driver came, it arrived at the Baron garage, without my prior consent, but simply by default, more than 20 minutes from my house… Convenient. To add to this unpleasant surprise, I received an email from Mondial Relay at 8:37 a.m. informing me of this situation, and then a text message from the same company at 9:38 a.m. informing me that this pickup point was also unavailable. Confused, I contacted the garage directly to confirm that my package was indeed there, to avoid a pointless 40-minute round trip. The garage's secretary answered. I politely explained my situation, but she didn't seem to care; I really felt like I was bothering her. Here's what they said: "I'm not going to stop work to check that your package is there because I don't have time to spend checking packages all day." I remained polite but didn't appreciate this exchange. So, my partner went to pick up the package, which was indeed there. When you offer this kind of service, the least you can do is be respectful to your customers. Do we need to remind them that they are paid for this service?! Perhaps it's time to stop this parcel pickup point business if this is the kind of experience they're going to offer their customers.

They took care of me when I got a flat tire on the RN12, three hours from home. They stayed until 7:30 pm to help me with the roadside assistance, and managed to find tires of a specific size in an emergency so I could leave first thing the next morning. Thank you so much!

My review concerns only the Mondial Relay point itself, not the garage or their automotive services. I completely agree with the other reviews regarding this pickup point: the location is difficult to identify, there's no clear indication that it's a pickup point, and the name displayed on the Mondial Relay website is even different. But above all, the reception is the problem, and clearly, I'm not the only one saying so. When I arrived, the receptionist clearly saw me through her small window. I waited a while. She might have been busy, I'm not saying otherwise, but she looked at me several times before deigning to come over. And when she finally came out, she greeted me with a very telling raised eyebrow, as if to say, "This pisses me off." A cold, curt, austere, and frankly impolite attitude from the very first seconds. What's even more ironic is that there are posters everywhere against "aggression" and for "respect." Given this woman's attitude, she's the one who should really take note. I remained polite from beginning to end, but there was absolutely no effort at courtesy in return. And yet, being a pickup point provides them with something in return. The very least they could do is offer customers a decent welcome. Based on my experience and many other similar comments, perhaps it's time to stop being a pickup point if it causes so many problems. Customers shouldn't have to put up with this kind of behavior.
