Polite staff is important.

If they have the part you want, no problem. But if you have to order it, you're better off going elsewhere.
My order was supposed to arrive in a week; two weeks later, I still haven't received it, and I never will. And of course, they couldn't care less if you're unhappy. They prefer to cancel rather than do what's necessary to fulfill the order.
It's completely unacceptable! I used to be a regular customer, but not anymore.
