Good to know:
We came by on Friday, August 9th at 3:00 PM, our vehicle was stuck 2 km away, with an error code on the dashboard. I wanted a diagnostic tool connected to locate the fault (it takes 15 minutes at the most). The manager of this establishment was blowing (so he wasn't too busy) in his workshop; he closed for holidays at 6:00 PM.
My in-laws always picked up their new cars there and were always very satisfied with the service provided by the owner at the time (the father), including on Sundays at all hours.
Times have changed, his son didn't want to take the time to provide this service and tried to explain to me that the diagnostic tool doesn't repair the car (I was asking him for a diagnostic tool, nothing else, and especially not for this kind of advice). He was focusing on a fuel supply problem, which didn't match the situation described (following a dead battery replacement, starting with a power cut after 2 seconds, suggesting the immobilizer was involved).
In short, there's no miracle, and I understand better why this establishment's turnover has halved in 5 years, from €1.3 million in 2018 to €0.7 million in 2022.
However, I would like to thank the receptionist, the only truly competent person (in addition to being very friendly) I met at this address (...).
Everyone gets the publicity they deserve.
