Passing through Plouha, we got a flat tire. Although we don't drive a Renault, we received a very warm welcome and the repair was very quick. A big thank you to Garage de la Trinité for saving our holiday! 👍

A catastrophic and outrageous experience. I took my Clio 4 in because of a strange noise, and Renault told me it was a gearbox problem and charged me €100 for a diagnostic and an apparently necessary additive.
The result? A few days later, I discovered that three out of four bolts on the front left wheel were loose! Once the bolts were tightened, the problem mysteriously disappeared.
A completely off-base diagnosis, a pointless bill, and above all, a serious safety issue that could have had dramatic consequences. I find this unacceptable from a garage that's supposed to guarantee reliability and professionalism. This experience truly proves the point of the slogan "Who better than Renault to service your Renault?"
