The staff are very friendly, and the work is well done, but I'm deducting two stars for communication. In fact, on the three occasions they were supposed to call me back, they never did. The first time, I sent my car in for an inspection, and they told me they'd call me back when it was finished. I called them late morning, just before they closed, and yes, it was finished. Okay, fine. The second time, they were supposed to call me back when my parts arrived. I called them after a month and a half: they had already received the parts a few days earlier and gave me an appointment right away, presumably to make up for lost time. Then, on the day of the appointment, I specifically asked them to call me as soon as it was finished, if it was in the morning so I could go home for my lunch break. I waited until late morning to call, and yes, they had already called an hour earlier. Don't count on them to call you back; you're on your own. Apart from that, it's very good. Sorry for the long post and the spelling mistakes, but maybe this will remind their next customers!

A warm and friendly welcome. The engine cover on my daughter's Clio was hanging off terribly. The vehicle was taken in and the repair completed in record time.

Hello for the first time, the welcome is warm and friendly, as for the mechanical field according to word of mouth it is a serious garage, no surprises quote on request, I will know more tomorrow. But given the vehicles it is like good restaurants there are always people. Which I think is a garage that will have my loyalty. I give 4 stars for the welcome. And I think for the service 5.

I had the heater on my Megane repaired.
When I picked up my car, it was out of coolant. They told me the head gasket was blown, even though my car doesn't even have 110,000 km on it.
Terrible garage, I don't recommend them.
I've been waiting two weeks for my car.
