The work was done properly, with no trace of an accident afterward.
The wait times are a bit long because the parts weren't readily available for my vehicle, which isn't the garage's fault.
The garage's schedule seems very busy, and perhaps it's just a matter of staffing to handle all the activity.
I have no complaints about the repairs, which are of very good quality, and no issues after 4,500 km.
However, a little more communication would have been preferable to avoid the numerous calls that sometimes annoyed Mr. Ogel.

A big thief! Avoid immediately if you are not from the region this gentleman will never give you back your car, 1 year I have been waiting for a simple quote, now I do not know where my car is because I cannot go to his garage personally,

Called for a breakdown. The receptionist was very friendly, even though I'd never done anything like this before.
The gentleman who came next was very patient and took the time to explain everything he was doing without me asking, because it was complicated: my car was completely stuck, making it difficult to get on the flatbed.

They came to my van for an accident the day after I called, and they fixed it in 30 minutes. Really great, they're fearless.
