I picked up my car after paying €135 for a diagnostic, only to find that when it arrived on the tow truck, my injectors had been disconnected and left like that, and my air filter and intake manifold removed and left in disarray on the passenger side.
That's some serious, honest work, bravo.
When I pay €135 for absolutely nothing, I expect to get my car back in the same condition I left it.

The quote stated not to exceed a certain amount, completely disregarding the client's budget.
I had to contact this woman to get an explanation, and once I stood up to her and she didn't get her way, she became rude.
Customer service needs improvement.

I went to the garage after a problem with my car window, which had come loose from its hinge. The lady at reception didn't hesitate to ask a mechanic to put my window back in place. He did this very quickly, even though I came without making an appointment. Thank you again for your kindness.

Very good reception and attentive, an appointment very quickly, as well as the estimate and the repair, and in addition clear explanations on the origin of the breakdown.
