I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this garage.
I had requested a loaner car a month in advance for a timing belt replacement. On the day of the appointment, the reserved car was no longer available. After a few minutes, a replacement car was found for me… but the next morning, on my way to work, I noticed that only one headlight was working and the windshield washer fluid was empty. This is unacceptable.
When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed upon arriving home that the coolant level was well below the minimum. This kind of negligence is worrying after a mechanical repair.
All this without any real apology or compensation. A sloppy garage, a disappointing experience.

Very happy with this first repair. One small drawback: the reception was a bit prison-like 😉

Very good service from the bodywork team at this garage.
I feel like I have a brand new car.
Honestly, excellent service, deadlines met, effective communication, friendly staff...
In short, I recommend it 100%, even though I'm not a regular customer of this garage, but I've never been disappointed.
And what's more, the interior is vacuumed.

Reversing light ordered by phone on December 12 for my Renault Trafic, specifying that I needed it before December 28, the date of my technical inspection. I had it for 115 euros. Seeing nothing coming, I ordered it on the internet and the cost of the operation was 33 euros. It was a new part without modification. Thank you for your non-return, which allowed me to make significant savings, but admit that it is not serious not to inform the customer. I am very disappointed 😞😞
