Incompetent!!! We had an appointment, we dropped off the vehicle the day before, the next evening, they didn't take care of it, the next day it was the same again when my husband called at noon, in the evening still nothing, they can give us a quote because they supposedly looked at it, so, 70 euros for labor, very commercial!!! For the record, we bought 2 vehicles from them!!!!

Extremely disappointed! Extremely long wait times, repairs done without an estimate and without a certified Renault technician. They spent two weeks assuming a faulty ECU or fuse box without properly inspecting my car, only to finally find the problem in one day after a call from an acquaintance in the trade who told them where to look... And yet, I still had to pay €274 just for a cable that had been "fudged" with something. No goodwill gesture and no apology from them... I absolutely do not recommend them!

I broke down more than three weeks ago because my gearbox was faulty and needed to be changed, and despite the many calls I made and their promises like "it will be done by this weekend", I learned that in the end nothing was repaired and I find myself with astronomical car rental fees to pay, not to mention the €1700 that I will have to pay for the gearbox... Very disappointed with this garage. Don't break down near Podensac, it would cost you dearly!

Avoid this company as it incurs numerous repair costs with no results, doesn't honor its promises, claims to reimburse for shoddy work but quickly changes its tune. Offers a vehicle valued well above market value.
