December 2024 I came across an ad for a vehicle from this garage that I liked and so I decided to drive the 2 hours that separated us to try the vehicle. When I arrived it was very very cold, no heating in the hall and with negative temperatures outside it was not very welcoming. When I arrived the vehicle was not ready since it was sleeping outside it was completely frozen we had to wait in the cold while it thawed to be able to try it. When I returned I asked if a small gesture of goodwill was possible, the discussion was completely closed, not very commercial. I still decided to sign the order form because I really fell in love with the vehicle. It was not available immediately because some small changes needed to be made to it. And then weeks went by without any news, I had to call twice to find out where it was, I heard a whole bunch of reasons as far-fetched as each other. More than 2 months later and still without any news from them, I sent an email to request the cancellation of my order. Email which, unsurprisingly, remained unanswered!! A word of advice: run away!!

My opinion on this establishment is mixed, sorry! Duster service announced by phone at 80 euros and I come out at 200 euros. OK I shouldn't have accepted the fluid top-up because paying the full price for a top-up when I don't have the leftover can is paying a bit much, too much! The lady at the warm reception is very pleasant and the gentleman is also probably warm in his workshop, on the other hand staying 2 hours in December in an unheated establishment waiting for your vehicle is not acceptable. Oh YES I was cold, YES, believe me, and no one was worried. Not even a hot drink! For the welcome it's perfect, nothing to say, for the friendliness also but thank you for this moment of happiness to be able to discover the North Pole without going there!

The friendliness of the person at reception needs improvement. I've had two opportunities to ask her for information, and her response has been completely rude. There were two of us, and we were stunned by the reception we received.
