The initial welcome was good, but there was a lack of attention to detail in drafting the repair order, as it was impossible to know the specifics of the services and the total cost beforehand.
It's a shame there was no communication about the number of points to check, such as the battery condition, tire pressure, fluid levels, etc. On the positive side, the car was returned on time and washed.

If you want to buy your vehicle with complete confidence, this is not the right garage.
The car had numerous problems from the start (airbag warning light on the day of delivery).
The vehicle inspection was dishonest and clearly indicated that the front brake discs and pads needed replacing.
The salesman, Mr. Crussol, was responsive until the day of the sale.
The car preparation technician damaged the headliner (which was replaced before delivery).
However, the interior light was incorrectly reinstalled, the emergency call button was improperly reinstalled, and a warning light comes on intermittently. A spring is missing from the passenger-side door handle, so it doesn't stay in place.
I left the car at their garage in early February 2025 (after several follow-ups from me starting in late December) for several reported problems.
The car remained at their garage for 15 days. The only problem resolved was a window switch that was replaced (but not with an identical part). The next day, the battery died, and I had to pay for its replacement. They offer license plates with the department of your choice (I'm still waiting).
The air conditioning compressor failed, but luckily it was covered under warranty through another garage in their network.
I was surprised to receive a letter renewing my EURODATACAR subscription at my own expense after a year (I probably signed it, but it wasn't clearly stated).
In one year and 15,000 km:
Front brake discs and pads replaced
Rear brake drum replaced
4 tires replaced with a wheel alignment issue (also noted on the vehicle inspection report, supposedly repaired but not actually done)
Air conditioning compressor replaced (at least under warranty)
Battery replaced
The salesman told me, "Just a quick oil change in a year and it'll be fine"...
