Mr and Mrs de Ronchi were not at all friendly. Not being regular customers, we clearly felt that we were bothering them. They neglected our problem and there was no response to the expert's visit. It was unpleasant.

It's best to avoid this mechanic. He's very expensive and insists you stay on the corner with his loaner cars, leaving you stranded. If you work in Switzerland, forget it. He's also very arrogant. There are other, more pleasant and competent mechanics not far away.

My car broke down, and I ended up in this garage. I was in the area for the weekend, there was no loaner car available, and I was charged €400 with no option to pay in installments. When I asked the receptionist to let me know as soon as the ordered part arrived, she didn't. I had to rent a car. I'll remember this experience for a long time; I would describe it as deplorable! A word to the wise.
