The secretary was unfriendly; she was a nuisance and, strangely enough, all sweetness and light with men, looking down on me.
The mechanic was incredibly rude to customers.
The loaner car was filthy, with water on the inside of the windshield, a sticky steering wheel, and the gearshift number was missing.
This is the last time I'm getting my car repaired.
