Hello, there's a lot to say about this garage, problem after problem...
It all started with a motorcycle accident. Someone from the garage (it was the closest to the accident site) came to tow the damaged motorcycle, and that's where the problems began.
First, during the towing, the motorcycle accidentally fell over while the tow truck was maneuvering it. Well, these things happen, it's not a big deal.
After that, the motorcycle arrived safely at the garage.
Then, the garage demanded €300 for the towing and refused to accept any checks, deferred checks, or payment plans. They were completely unprofessional in this regard, not to mention the overall poor customer service and lack of politeness. Speaking of which, when we came to pick up the motorcycle, a man jumped on us, raising his voice about a video. However, there was a big misunderstanding on the phone; he was talking about a video from before the fall, during the repair, that's all. It was simply to compare the damage before the repair, the fall during towing, and the initial fall. So next time, there's no need to shout and accuse before understanding; it's ridiculous.
Then, the registration document was left in the photocopier during a photocopy. So, living 30 km from the garage, it's great to have to travel all that way for yet another garage error (the man on the phone was laughing).
Once we arrived to collect the registration document, there was no apology or anything at all.
In short, this garage is sorely lacking in professionalism, courtesy, and basic manners. My advice: go to another garage, that's all, because all this in two days is too much.

Our Koleos broke down after a 6-hour drive... A friend recommended this garage to us. The welcome was top-notch, as was the responsiveness! We didn't even wait 5 minutes! After 30 minutes, we left with our vehicle in working order, and completely reassured. We really recommend this Renault garage!
