Organization needs to be improved when it's busy, with no one at the three different counters. They take customers at random, long waits. She looked like a manager, not even a hello, she looked bored.
The young man is super pleasant and polite.
Mechanically, the work is well done, with an explanatory video of our car, which I appreciated.

My car broke down and was towed to this garage. Not to mention the exorbitant diagnostic fees (€120). The car was there for two weeks. They sent me a quote by email a week later, which I immediately approved. After another week of waiting, I called back to ask about the progress of the work, and they told me they hadn't received the confirmation email, even though, after checking, it had definitely been sent. I should mention that I already had a bad experience with this garage with another car, where I was charged €1200 instead of the initial €500 for a service after they told me that the previous garage had apparently broken the threads on the oil pan, which I had to pay for out of pocket... Absolutely avoid them!!!

I came in to have my C3 serviced. Booking an appointment by phone was very easy and pleasant, and the wait times were really reasonable considering it was the summer season.
My car was taken in 15 minutes before my appointment time. Everything was explained to me before and after, including the price before they started the service. The car was thoroughly cleaned, and the service was excellent!
I highly recommend them.

Fast and efficient warranty service. While it seemed complicated and a real ordeal at the Villers-le-Lac dealership, everything went wonderfully well here.
We were also well received, and the receptionist at the workshop was very friendly.
Thank you and good luck! I'll be coming to you for my car maintenance from now on.
