A quote has been pending since September! Despite numerous follow-ups, I'm always told, "Yes, we'll take care of it." Knowing that it's just a door sill that needs replacing. Still nothing after 5 months; it's unacceptable. They would have been better off refusing to take on the job if they weren't interested!

My car was dropped off for straightening on a frame machine in early January. The work started in late April and finished in early August, and I got it back with the engine warning light, ignition fault, dead battery, and the xenon headlights not working. When you leave a car for eight months, the least you can do is take care of it and keep it running. Thank you.
