My vehicle broke down, and they quickly found a solution to my problem. The service was very friendly; the woman looked for solutions for her customers between calls, was accommodating, and super professional.

🚫 Avoid this garage.
I took my car in for a simple service (oil change) on the 308, and a few days later, the oil light came on while I was driving. After a breakdown service checked, the oil level was almost zero—the oil filter had been reinstalled incorrectly.
Result: I had to call a breakdown service and immobilize the vehicle, posing a real risk to the engine and my safety.
The garage acknowledged an installation error and had to change the filter again, but without really taking into account the seriousness of the situation, simply saying "it happens" and even asking me if my car consumes a lot of oil 😑.
This kind of mistake should never happen after a service, especially when it involves something as vital as engine lubrication. It's serious professional misconduct.
It's a good thing I reacted immediately, otherwise the engine could have been destroyed.
⚠️ If you value your car (and your safety), move on.

I bring my 5008 in every year and have absolutely no complaints. Pleasant service, hassle-free maintenance.
I highly recommend this friendly, human-scale garage.

Disappointed by this Peugeot. I've had my Peugeot 208 serviced by them for over four years, I've always paid attention to their quotes and the quality of their work. Until then, there wasn't much abuse. But to this day, I won't go back. They tried to make me pay much more and change much more than what was supposed to be "on the manufacturer's advice" but by being dishonest. I prefer to speak directly to a mechanic than to the secretary, but it wasn't possible. The worst thing is the loaner vehicle. I drop off my car at the opening, I ask if I can wait there or nearby rather than pay 33 euros for a loaner vehicle for the day if the simple diagnosis will be finished in the morning. The secretary assures me that it will be complicated. However! An hour later, the diagnosis is finished. I made a round trip to Tournan to leave. And the worst thing is that they even had time to finally change my battery with my agreement. So I paid full fees 33 euros a day for barely an hour and a half. No gesture from them and yet 9 months pregnant the human side would have been nice even if it is not an illness. Really disappointed.
