We bought a used vehicle and we would like to thank the entire team at the dealership, especially the salesman (Arnaud), who gave us good advice on financing (which we didn't want to take at first). We're not used to reviews, but when it's good, you have to say it!

I contacted the garage about a used vehicle and received a quote quickly. To my surprise, there were additional charges for VIN etching and license plates compared to the price advertised on Le Bon Coin (a French classifieds website). A used vehicle already comes with license plates. I asked for an explanation, as my insurance company doesn't require VIN etching. They told me it's normal because I'm buying from a dealership with a warranty and a serviced vehicle, not from a private seller... In short, this seller should really list the vehicle at its actual price if it's not an optional extra... Besides, I wouldn't have wasted my time contacting them. Have a good day.

I am very satisfied with the Opel dealership. Salesman Nicolas Arnaud provided excellent advice and was very professional, as was his colleague who handed over the keys to our Opel Mokka. A great team.
