Mixed! A good mechanic, friendly, attentive, with a lot of work but a secretary who is not very responsive and not conscientious. I am content that she must have a lot of work but nice customers must be respected and courtesy, respect and recognition do not take time! You wait patiently for news of your breakdown for long weeks and when you call, Madam allows herself to be unpleasant and hangs up on you!

Having been a regular customer at the garage for several years, I can say the staff are truly very pleasant, responsive, and professional. The work done on my vehicle is always meticulous, and I intend to remain a customer for as long as possible!

I took my vehicle in for a faulty injector and the emissions warning light. The quote was €650. I took the vehicle back, and the same problem occurred after 5 km. I took it back immediately. Two weeks later, I got it back, and the same problem reappeared after 40 km. They repaired the exhaust, no complaints there, but for a mechanic, it really pisses me off.

Excellent mechanic: we arrived in an emergency with a faulty engine control unit, and the gentleman fixed it and clearly explained the problem. He was also very honest, as the bill was very reasonable. Thank you, Eurorepar.
