The car pickup was a pleasant experience, with friendly staff. However, upon returning the car, the service was less than welcoming. The woman complained that the car was dirty both inside and out. The car was clean when we left home, but after driving 50km to the garage on narrow roads during a thunderstorm, it was impossible for it to be completely clean upon return...how is that possible? This was an unfair and unrealistic expectation. We treated the car with great care and were not happy about this situation. We even offered to have it cleaned at the garage.
The charger provided for the electric car was not compatible with public charging stations, which was a real problem for us.
It's a shame the experience didn't end well for us.
