Need to pick up packages? Avoid them at all costs.
They always have some other joke to tell because they don't receive the QR code. After calling Chronopost, they said it's not mandatory if you have your ID and the tracking number. One minute they say it's because of trafficking, the next it's because the manager came by the day before and told him to scan it. He's the only one around here who's that stupid, because there's no other word for it. I even called the police; he's not allowed to hold packages, even with ID, etc. Seriously, steer clear of them for your packages. This is definitely the last time I'll ever deal with him.

The staff were very kind. I had a printer issue that caused the label on the package to print incorrectly, but they printed it for me. They were always polite and friendly. Yes, a QR code is required, but that's standard procedure and it prevents just anyone from taking your packages!

Yes, you do need a QR code, which can be annoying at first, but it prevents fraud... The staff is friendly, I enjoy picking up my packages there, and their opening hours are very flexible. I highly recommend them!

I absolutely do not recommend them. You have to wait three months to collect your package because they require a QR code, even though you have everything else: ID card and tracking number. In short, avoid them at all costs. Furthermore, the staff is extremely unpleasant.

Horrible, avoid at all costs!
He always finds an excuse not to hand over the package.
Note: Taking a week off work to pick up a package is a real challenge.
A very unpleasant person; he should consider changing careers or, even better, quitting altogether.
