During my annual service, I was advised to change my front brake pads within 6,000 to 7,000 km. When the time came, after an inspection, I was advised to wait a few more months as the wear didn't warrant immediate replacement.
The same thing happened this year with the rear brake pads.
The prices seem reasonable to me, unlike the fixed-price packages offered by large dealerships.
Several loaner cars are available if needed.
