My car has just come back from the excellent body shop. As a garage approved by my insurer, I received a very warm welcome, all the necessary information, and even a temporary repair so I could keep driving. I hope I won't need their services for a long time, but if the need arises, I would choose this garage without hesitation. The only real downside is the waiting time for appointments. Five weeks! Are they a victim of their own success?

Deplorable reception. I went to this garage for bodywork repairs on my car.
When I returned the loaner vehicle, they inspected everything down to the smallest detail to make sure I hadn't damaged it. (Which is normal.)
However, for the car they worked on, there was no explanation, no inventory, nothing! I was simply charged, and that was it. No sense of customer service, and their professionalism was beyond questionable.

At noon today, I discovered I had a flat tire in the Ikea parking lot. I immediately called the garage, and a man explained that he was the only one working at the Renault Minute service center and that, in any case, there was little chance they had the tire in stock. He offered to come in anyway to see what could be done.
I arrived at Renault at 12:22 PM, and they took my car in at 12:25 PM. At 12:38 PM, the same man I had spoken to on the phone told me he had been able to plug the tire and repair it.
I regret not thinking to get his name, but if you happen to see this message, please know that I sincerely thank you. Quick, efficient, and I was able to get back on the road and arrive at work on time.

A very disappointing experience.
Referred to this partner garage by my insurance company, I encountered a complete lack of communication and professionalism.
After the insurance adjuster's visit, I received no call from the garage: not to inform me of the diagnosis, not to tell me when the vehicle would be taken in, not even when it had been repaired.
At each stage, I had to call myself, often with difficulty reaching someone.
When I finally got through to someone, the reception was cold, without a smile, with evasive answers ("if we have time this week, otherwise next week") — which is very problematic when you depend on your vehicle.
To top it all off: I only found out on my own that the car had been ready since the day before, without any prior notification from the garage.
When I picked up the vehicle, the atmosphere was icy; no one said hello, and the reception remained impersonal, almost disconcerting. The receptionist seemed lost, left without explanation, and returned with a colleague to whom I had to explain everything from scratch.
The only positive point was a quick debriefing of the work done.
I was promised a copy of the repairs by email—which I never received, despite my unsuccessful phone calls over the course of a week. I ended up having to go there in person again to get this document, in the same unwelcoming atmosphere.
A telling detail: a cleaning cloth left in the engine compartment. It's not a big deal in itself, but it's symptomatic of a certain lack of rigor and care.
Renault is a major brand with renowned service and customer service standards. None of that is reflected in this garage. I do not recommend it, and I strongly encourage management to review their customer service and case management training programs.

Very happy with the reception service, repair done very quickly (windshield wiper motor). I recommend the garage. Thank you to the gentleman for the very kind welcome.
