The staff is welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. I had a breakdown with my car, and it was taken care of quickly despite their workload. I was also regularly updated on the progress of the repairs, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your efficiency and professionalism. I highly recommend your garage.

I came in as an emergency because my truck broke down on the highway. I was returning from vacation, having come from Nantes. My truck wouldn't move and was emitting black smoke. It was impossible for me to continue driving... The man at reception told me he didn't have time to look at the truck... He sent me to another garage, even though it could have been dangerous... I went to the other garage, and they repaired my truck in 30 seconds... I absolutely do not recommend this garage. They don't take the time and don't adapt to the urgency of the situation.

Being a new resident of the area, I was a regular at Renault garages in Burgundy where I never had the slightest problem, on the contrary always in good faith, very attentive, kind and systematically I found my car impeccably with in addition a wash with the roller and the little vacuum cleaner towards the driver's mat. And escorted to my vehicle start, and at the foot of the entrance. Unfortunately arrived here I went there for my first service in Brittany at this Renault, where I had no idea what would await me afterwards. Appointment made for an oil change plus filters, I had to leave without my car and leave them so they could change a triangle on the driver's side which had become loose and which had worn my front tires unevenly, so two additional tires, then I came back to collect my car for the second time, and there my car was stuck, impossible to get it out of their parking lot, the tabs were blocked and the handbrake was tightened so hard that I had to use both hands to loosen it, seeing that I couldn't leave, I went to the reception alone, since they had let me return to my car alone without checking if it was roadworthy and there the boss said to me, "you don't have enough strength while laughing and it's normal that it's tightened like that, we do it to all the cars" already I didn't appreciate this inappropriate remark, and what right do they have to do this to cars that don't belong to them! and then the rest is not better, a mechanic came to the driver's seat and accelerated so hard that he blew my rear drums and there, the boss who had not moved from his office told me you are really unlucky. We will have to keep it for you and change the drums, at my expense 100% without any commercial gesture knowing that I had entrusted them with my car which was in working order when I arrived and which was no longer that day in their parking lot. After that we had several exchanges in person and by phone which were not the most cordial, and in conclusion "since you no longer trust us we will no longer take care of your car", that is what this person told me. This year I went to another garage who pointed out a play in the driver's side triangle and it's the same triangle that Renault kervidanou changed for me exactly 1 year and 12 days ago with Motrio which is not a manufacturer's brand, I was a bit shocked to learn that at this Renault, they didn't offer me to put the manufacturer's brand, I would have appreciated it if they offered me to put the manufacturer's brand. And obviously this triangle which is no longer guaranteed after the additional 1 year and 12 days, will have to be changed once again at my expense 100%. So there I think my comment is quite detailed between the poor quality part which should never have taken play in 1 year, the rather expensive price, a vehicle which has been mistreated, no commercial gesture for the drums and a behavior which leaves something to be desired, as well as a non-existent questioning. You'll understand that with such a bad experience, this is certainly not a garage I'd recommend to friends. Yours faithfully, Mr. Loïc CORNOU.
