I booked an appointment at this garage, ignoring the bad reviews and focusing on the positive ones. Very bad idea. After a month's delay, I was refused a diagnostic check because my warning light (sometimes visible, sometimes not) wasn't illuminated at the time. A diagnostic check elsewhere, without the possibility of ordering the part, indicated a problem, and another check, conducted by a contact just after the appointment, confirmed it.
No verification, no solution, no professionalism. The solution? Book another appointment in 15-20 days, hoping the warning light will be on, otherwise, no service. I also work with clients, and I've never seen anything like it.
Both my insurance company and another garage emphasized the absurdity of my situation. I chose a different Dacia garage that respects its customers and takes its work seriously. I'm not blaming the youngest employee at reception, who seemed annoyed but was following instructions.

The mechanic refused to take the vehicle on the day of the appointment after a MONTH of waiting... we had two warning lights on (multifunction and engine), but they refused to do a diagnostic check (and they charge €150 just to run the scan tool). The problem had been clearly explained over the phone.
NO, this isn't just a simple service!
