I left my car here while visiting my in-laws because we had water leaking on the passenger side due to a blocked drain. They were able to take the car on a Friday afternoon and completed the job the same day—they even cleaned out all the accumulated water. They refused payment, so my father-in-law (who knows the staff well) gave them a few euros.
Thank you so much for taking the time to do this job; you saved me the trouble of getting it repaired back home in Northern Ireland (I was told it would take three days, for some reason)!

I returned to you today, quite upset, to express my dissatisfaction. Regarding the two punctures, while the trailer tire might be at 2.5 bar (something I haven't yet verified), the tire on my vehicle was at 4 bar. I came to you with confidence to drop off these two tires, as I was dealing with a professional and had no reason to doubt your expertise. I also specified at reception that I wanted each tire inflated to 2.5 bar. Logically, I could have easily reinstalled the tire and driven. I preferred to double-check because your competitor, SEB Auto, managed to inflate four tires to 3 bar without me even asking. Now you hold the record, "Congratulations!" And please be aware that at 4 bar, you are jeopardizing the safety of the driver and other road users. And while it's true that mistakes happen, as a professional and boss, you're responsible for your apprentices and trainees, and it's not up to your son to suggest I go to Leclerc Auto if I'm not happy. Leclerc Auto didn't make the mistake, and the mechanics there are no less competent than your mechanics or your son. Besides, who's the boss? Are you, sir, the one who seems so reasonable despite your doubts about the calibration of my pressure gauge? It's time you explained to your son that a mustache doesn't make the man, and inheriting your work is far from making him a true professional who respects his customers.
