"A deplorable experience with this service provider. I arranged a vehicle transport for them over 40 days ago, and despite my numerous follow-ups, they refuse to pay me the amount owed. This lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable. If you are looking for a serious and reliable company, I strongly advise against working with them. Their practices are simply unacceptable. I hope they will take responsibility quickly, but as things stand, I can only advise against using their services."

I find it regrettable that you continue to deny the facts, when it would have been preferable to acknowledge the situation and improve your practices. Transparency and honesty are essential in a business relationship.
Look closely at the email address; it's definitely the address of the Renault dealership near the lake. And read carefully: he's threatening to file a complaint because apparently "I was threatening and I abused my phone calls because I had to get what was owed to me."

Excellent garage, I highly recommend them. I had absolutely no problems; on the contrary, they found my injection fault. I wasn't disappointed at all. The price was fair and the staff were welcoming. I recommend them.
