I got a quote from VW in Sausheim for the complete unit—radio, GPS, distance camera, and all steering wheel controls—for my T5 van. The quote from the VW garage in Sausheim was €6798. The Koenig garage offered to send it in for repairs, with a final bill of €745. Yes, you read that right! I even went back to Sausheim to show them. The sales manager was quite embarrassed, so you can imagine my gratitude for our small village garage and its owner. I have everything at home—the quote and invoice—in case anyone wants to see it or has any doubts about what I'm saying. Thanks again to this great and humble mechanic. Sincerely, Michel Zimmermann

He doesn't work below a certain amount, that's what he made clear to me. He wanted to completely remove the cylinder head from the engine just to tap two or three screws, when he could have done it manually. No thanks, I'm not one of those six-month-old rabbits. A word to the wise.

Excellent service. Emergency repairs. They were available and got the part in one day. I recommend them and will definitely go back. Plus, they're friendly. Thanks to them, my car's engine would have seized up if they hadn't been there.

My Audi A3 was taken to the Koenig garage for troubleshooting, but no one could find it...
