We had a flat tire while on a road trip through Champagne with a rental car from Europcar. We brought the car to Euromaster Reims Pompelle and couldn’t have had a better experience. They solved the problem in less than 10 minutes, with a level of kindness and humanity that is rare to find. The staff was professional, fast, and incredibly helpful. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

We are over from London travelling across Europe. We noticed an issue with the steering wheel shaking at high speeds. We brought the car to Euromaster. They went above and beyond. They booked us in immediately and had the issue resolved in 30 minutes. The mechanic that tended to the car ensured that everything was explained to us clearly despite the language barrier. Exceptionally reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We stopped here to get the wheel balance checked on our car. The staff were very friendly and helpful even with our very limited French. We were dealt with efficiently.and would recommend.

On our way to a skiing holiday and had a rather flat tyre after an overnight stop in Reims. Took it to Euromaster who immediately gave it a thorough check and replaced the valve. An excellent service and we were back on our journey within 45 minutes. Very grateful for such prompt attention. Thank you!
